How the Doorstep Details Valet Trash Service in Denver Works
Doorstep Details services begin when we provide each unit in the community with a 13-gallon container that will be used to contain trash. Once these containers are full, residents will place them outside of their unit for pickup, Sunday to Thursday anywhere between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Our team of porters then retrieves trash according to the set industry-standard schedule, starting trash collection at 8 p.m. Once they arrive, porters use leak-proof satchels to collect the trash from each container, followed by dumping it in the community’s compactors or dumpsters. Immediately after completing pickup and disposal, our porters clean the area around the dumpster or compactor and send a “Doorstep Details Report” to the property’s management team.
